Sedap pakai bju alwanie ni..x jarang sgt wlupun putih..tp gmbo x clear sket sbb guna hp..
yg kimono ni pun best..rs sejuk je..xyah susah2 gosok..cuma sbb sy ni x brp nak tggi, so jd labuh sgt lah plak bl pakai..tp msih ramai yg puji cntik..bangga kjap..haha..

FAQ

Disebabkan terlalu banyak pertanyaan dan ada beberapa perkara yg kurang jelas, jadi ni eightDesigns persembahkan FAQ sbg rujukan anda:

Soalan 1:
Customer: Kalau i masukkan duit hari ni, bila bole sampai baju?
eightdesigns: Kami akan pos baju anda sehari selepas terima payment. Kami deliver setiap hari, kecuali ahad dan public holidays je. kalau pejabat pos bukak, kami pasti deliver. Delivery biasanya 2 hari untuk address kat selangor, negeri sembilan, dan yg mana-mana la dekat dengan area Bdr Baru Bangi. Utk Kelantan, Terengganu, biasanya 3 hari. Sabah dan Sarawak, 3 atau 4 hari. Sbg cth: Anda masukkan duit hari isnin, kami hantar hari selasa, so parcel akan sampai hari rabu atau khamis gitu. err..faham ke? senang cite... tunggu la sampai 4 hari, kalau lepas 4 hari tak sampai lagi, pasti ada prob poslaju, cepat2 email kami ye.

Soalan 2:
Customer: Kak sue, apa no tel eightdesigns? senang sikit saya nak order melalui SMS.
eightdesigns: no telefon kedai kami ada di bahagian 'Contact Us'. tapi mintak maap la, kami tak mampu nak layan order melalui sms. order semua kena melalui sistem 'cart' dan order form kami. SMS & panggilan telefon hanya akan dilayan semasa business hours kami sahaja.

Soalan 3:
Customer: Kalau baju yg saya beli tu tak kena saiz atau saya tiba2 tak berkenan pulak kat baju tu, bole tukar atau amik duit balik ke?
eightdesigns: Returning of items is applicable for defect items or changing of size only. Strictly no cash refund. Kalau baju tak kena saiz, bole tukar dalam masa 15 hari dari tarikh kami hantar baju tu. Kalau walk-in purchase atau order yang datang collect sendiri di butik boleh dalam 3 hari sahaja. Cumanya, Sis kena byr lagi sekali kos pos laju untuk penghantaran kedua. kalau nak tukar dgn baju lain, kita kan kira berapa beza harga baju tu. kalau kurang, kami pulangkan, kalau lebih, korang tambah. baju baru, kos poslaju pun kena kira baru. gitu la baru adil kan? Optionally, you can always drop by our boutique. Lagi senang :)

Soalan 4:
Customer: hye eightdesigns, i first time nak beli dgn u ni, takde diskaun2 ke, free gift ke? hehehe
eightdesigns: hye darling, diskaun tu takde kot, tapi kalau total items u beli tu berharga RM130 ke atas, delivery u takyah bayar. meaning, eightdesigns tanggung. jimat RM6 or RM9 tuu. free gift tu belum ada lagi buat masa sekarang, sebab eightdesigns baru nak bernafas ni, bak kata yuna, bagai bernafas dalam aaiiirrrrr.. sabar dulu ye. tapi dont worry, regular customer pasti akan dpt free gift nanti :p.
p/s: kami bercadang untuk melaksanakan "Point System", tapi masih dalam proses

Soalan 5:
customer: i dah transfer duit through interbank giro, transfer dari BSN ke akaun Maybank eightdesigns. bila bole hantar baju tu? haiii tak sabarnyaa hihi
eightdesigns: kami akan deliver sehari selepas kami tgk duit awak dah masuk dalam akaun Maybank kami. interbank giro transfers kan takes time sikit. harap bersabar ye darling

Soalan 6:
customer: Hey eightdesigns!!! baju i ada lubaaangggg uwaaargghhh!
eightdesigns: Kalau baju tu rosak disebabkan kami, kami akan hantar yg baru utk korang. ataupun pulang balik duit korang semua including kos poslaju. tolong hantar balik baju tu kepada kami, kami akan ganti kos poslaju utk pemulangan baju tu. tapi kalau korang sengaja buat lubang kat baju tu sebab korang tak berkenan kat baju tu, then hanya Allah yg akan membalasnya huhuuuuuu. *baiknyaa eightdesigns hukhukhk berkorban apa saja demi customer terchenta

Soalan 7:
customer: bole caya ke eightdesigns ni? ntah2 tipu duit aku...
eightdesigns: kami org baik, kami pun takut tuhan. huhu confirm kami bole dipercayai. lagipun skrg kan dah bukak butik kat b.b.bangi. kalau kami tipu duit korang, korang bole report polis. Syarikat kami berdaftar dgn SSM. Company no :001839634-X. kalau kami tipu, nampaknya kami memang menempah kegagalan la di atas penat lelah kami bina eightdesigns selama ni.

Soalan 8: i nak book baju ni, tapi nak bayar hujung bulan bole tak?
eightdesigns: booking actually 3 hari aje. lepas 3 hari, kalau takde payment, kami akan cancel booking tu, sebab nak kasi peluang orang lain beli pulak. tapi diatas perasaan dan hati yg lembut, kami pun faham situasi kewangan korang. kami dgn rela membook kan item yg korang tergila-gila kan tu sehingga hujung bulan, dengan syarat, korang masukkan dulu deposit RM10 utk setiap baju. then hujung bulan, korang bayar balancenya, then baru kami hantar baju tu. Tapi bila hujung bulan, korang kensel pulak, deposit tu korang terpaksa la dermakan pada eightdesigns. hhuhu

Soalan 9:
customer: i dah place order, tapi rasanya tak jadi nak beli la pulak. macam mana?
eightdesigns: kalau nak kensel order, takde masalah, email aje. kami tak marah pun. :) tapi kalau bole, tolong la reply email kami. yg penting, communicate je, jgn buat deeekkkk aje. kalau buat deeekk, memang ada la yg nak kena banned ehhe

Soalan 10:
customer: i book dulu ye baju tu, nanti i datang collect kat butik dlm masa 2 hari ye
eightdesigns: ye kami mengalu-alukan kedatangan anda. bole book kat online, then dtg collect within booking period ;) bwk kawan2 dan adik-beradik sekali, tolong la promote ye

Soalan 11:
customer: saya lupa la saya ada beli baju dgn eightdesigns. haritu rasanya ada notis dari poslaju suruh collect parcel, tapi saya tak collect. bz betul la. macam mana?
eightdesigns: kalau parcel dipulangkan balik kepada kami, anda kena tambah bayaran kos poslaju utk penghantaran kedua. jika anda tak collect parcel anda di pusat poslaju terdekat dalam masa 14 hari, poslaju akan pulangkan balik parcel anda kepada kami. tak ke rugi duit tuu.. syarikat poslaju jugak yg untung. so, jaga2 la bila agak2 kami nak hantar tu, better bagi alamat ofis ke, atau kalau alamat rumah, biar ada orang kat rumah masa posmen datang tu. haaa gitu la kira-kiranya.

Soalan 12:
customer: non-muslim can buy from u or not?
eightdesigns: of course u can buy from us. even though our tag line is 'muslim chic fashion', we are open to everyone to buy from us. Muslim chic fashion is just a style of fashion, not a restriction ;) everyone is welcome to buy from us.

Soalan 13:
customer: hai eightdesigns, u dah hantar ke parcel i tu? kenapa i trace tracking number yg u bagi tu tak jumpa pun. salah ke tracking number tu?
eightdesigns: hai darling, kami dah hantar parcel u seperti yang dijanjikan. kalau u trace kat website poslaju, memang sampai bila2 pun takkan berjaya trace parcel u tu. sistem kat website poslaju tu sentiasa macam tu, memang confirmm akan fail. kalau u nak trace, bole call pusat poslaju Bangi kat 03-8925 5226 atau 03-8925 5208 :)

Soalan 14:
customer: eightDesigns, u bole hantar baju i pakai pos ekspres tak? i nak jimat. pos ekspres RM4 aje. so bole jimat RM2
eightDesigns: mintak maaf banyak2, kami tak bole hantar pakai pos ekspres. kami tak dapat nak tanggung kerugian kalau parcel tu hilang. Pos ekspres tu kan utk hantar dokumen sahaja. Kalau pakai pos ekspres, posmen akan campak depan tangga aje ataupun sumbat baju u dalam post box, so sesiapa aje bole curik baju tu. Untuk menjamin baju u sampai dengan selamat, kami pakai courier paling murah dalam Malaysia, iaitu Poslaju :)

How to buy from eightDesigns?

1) we have created an official website at www.muslimchicfashion.com.
please place your order using cart system there. it would make the transaction smooth. if you have probs using the cart system, you could also order using the ORDER FORM at the top of the page

2) after successfully placing the order, check your email or you can login at the website to view the order info and make the payment within 3 days.

3) your order will be canceled should we not receive the payment within 3 days


4) notify us immediately (by email) after making the payment. Payment made before 12noon will be delivered same day, otherwise will be delivered the next day. we deliver everyday except sunday and public holidays.

5) we deliver daily. pls allow 2-4 days for the parcel to arrive.

6) if you are using cash deposit machine, and there is a balance of RM5 or below, we will include the balance in your parcel. For balance of more than RM5, we will transfer to your maybank, cimb, or bank islam account. just email us your bank account name & number.

7) We no longer accept cash on delivery (COD) as you can now drop by our physical boutique. click here to view map to our boutique.

8) ask us no more discount because our price is already very very low for that quality apparel, plus we already offer you free postage for order of RM130 and above ;)

9) we do ship internationally, please enquire us regarding shipping charges. We accept payment through Paypal for international customers.

how eightdesigns measures the clothings

here's how we measure each and every clothing we are selling. do not really take the size of S, M, L, or XL exactly as they are. use the measurement we provide as guidelines on choosing your sizes. measure your apparel, NOT your body.

in each post, you will find something like this:

measurement(inches") :
Fits S only: shoulder 15 | bust 34 | length 23.5

[Fits S only] is just my suggestion. please refer to the exact measurement in inches.
