Delivery and Return Policy


EDZ provides Free Delivery throughout Malaysia for a minimum total purchase of RM50.

For total purchases of below RM50, the following standard Poslaju charges shall apply:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 flat rate
Sabah & Sarawak: RM12 flat rate

Return and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us based on the following terms:
1. Returned items must reach us within 7 days from the date we deliver to you;
2. You must return via Poslaju or any other courier service only. We do no accept returns via "Snail Mail" or even Pos Ekspres.
3. All items on sale are not entitled for return nor exchange.

Both the return charges and the redelivery charges (of the 2nd item) shall be borne by you. However, if the return is due to defect item, all these charges will be borne by us.

  1. meaning that if I re-deliver to EDZ on the basis that I'm not satisfied with the purchase,EDZ will refund my money? How long it will take for the refund?

    few scenarios bring different solutions:

    1. you are not satisfied with your purchase/ you choose the wrong size: you can deliver the item to us, and we shall deliver the correct size for you. but the delivery charges is borned by customers both ways. we are not refunding money.

    2. you receive defect items/ we send you items you did not order: the items must be returned to us and we shall send you replacement. delivery charges borne by EDZ both ways.

    3. you order items and make payment. we mistakenly calculate our stocks, then turnout the items you ordered are out of stock. all 100% of your payment will be refunded.

  3. I really like your clothing designs and wish to purchase some items. Would you be able to do an international delivery???
