2. Fill up the Order Form. You could find the Order Form at the left side of this blog or here. Make sure you enter correct information.
3. EDZ will email you an Invoice together with our Bank Account Number according to the following:
Orders received during our working hours: Will be respond in 2 hours
Orders received after working hours: Will be respond in next working day:
(However, we are trying our best to respond in less than 2 hours)
4. Kindly make the payment within 2 days.
5. Notify us through email upon making the payment.
6. We will deliver your order in the following terms:
Same day delivery: Payment receives and notified before 12noon on working days
Next working day delivery: Payment receives and notified after 12noon
EDZ Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 10am to 7pm
Payment
eightDesigns receives payment through local bank which are Maybank, CIMB, and Bank Islam only. Payment could be done through ATM transfer, Internet Banking, and Cash Deposit.
Payment receives from Cash Deposit which incurs some balance will be refunded to customer immediately.
